Mr. Lyons has been associated with oil and gas developments since the early 1980s. He is Chairman and CEO of Orca Exploration Group Inc. and previously the Non-Executive Chairman of EastCoast Energy Corporation. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of PanOcean Energy Corporation and predecessor companies including Ocelot Energy Inc. and PanAfrican Energy Corporation. As PanOcean's CEO, he led the company from its modest startup in Gabon into becoming a significant sub-Saharan player with production approaching 20,000 barrels of oil a day. In 2006 PanOcean was acquired by Addax Petroleum Corporation for $1.6 billion in cash. Mr. Lyons holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Calgary.

Lord Howard, a former Leader of the British Conservative Party, has had a distinguished political career spanning three decades. He served as a cabinet minister for 7 years and a Member of Parliament for 12 years. Between 1990 and 1997 he held the cabinet posts of Home Secretary, Secretary of State for the Environment and Secretary of State for Employment. Outside of the UK Lord Howard was the Founding Chairman of the Atlantic Partnership. He retired as a Member of Parliament in early 2010 and now serves on a variety of corporate and advisory boards. In June 2010 he was appointed to the House of Lords.

Mr. Patterson has more than 25 years international oil and gas experience, primarily with Nexen, Dome Petroleum and NOVA, An Alberta Corporation. He has a broad background in acquisitions, financings, governance, tax planning and management. Since 1999, as President of Nexen Energy Services International, he has managed Nexen's oil, gas and chemical assets. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross & Co. and is a graduate of University of Bristol with a B. Sc. Special Honours in Mathematics.

Beer van Straten is a senior international oil and gas industry executive with a high level of exploration, production and commercial experience in the North Sea, Middle East and Africa.  He has over 20 years international experience since beginning with Shell Oil in 1988. He subsequently headed Shell projects in Oman, Libya and Egypt.   A Dutch citizen, Mr. van Straten is currently leading a natural gas project for Dana Gas in Egypt.

Bob Wigley is an independent investor and entrepreneur with extensive international financial services experience.  Most recently, he spent more than 10 years with Merrill Lynch and served as Chairman of Merrill Lynch Europe, Middle East and Africa.  A former member of the Court of the bank of England, he is the non-executive Chairman of the Yell Group plc and Chairman of Sovereign Reversions plc.  Bob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts and is a Board member of a number of corporate and public sector organizations.

Robin Gaeta

Robin Gaeta is energy professional with broad experience in both natural gas and power generation in the Americas, Europe and Africa.  His experience in gas monetization and his project development background in Africa strongly support the achievement of Orca’s strategic growth objectives.  Based in the Netherlands, Mr. Gaeta has served as an executive with Shell in various roles and most recently as the head of new market development for Shell Global LNG with responsibility for the development of innovative smaller scale LNG value chains.
